African American Healthy Marriage Initiative - UNC Chapel Hill Forum Registration

The African American Healthy Marriage Initiative: "The Black Family in the 21st Century Connecting Marriage Research to Practice Conference" will take place at the Friday Center University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on Tuesday, June 16 through Thursday, June 18, 2009.

A printed registration confirmation is required for each individual participant. If you are under age 18, you MUST have your parent/guardian fill out the parental/guardian consent form (below) and fax to 202-722-0842 by the registration deadline!
